2023 to Present
Co-founded a fleet-management company with three partners and lead development of the full platform, built on top of Traccar, delivering commercial vehicle tracking for businesses across Morocco. Own system architecture, backend engineering, JEXL-based device rule integration, and technical direction for the team.
2021 to 2024
Built an OpenGTS-based tracking platform end to end: Flutter client apps, Laravel APIs, and a hand-written Teltonika binary parser that turns raw device frames into actionable telemetry and real-time alerts.
2019 to Present
Delivered 20+ Flutter applications for clients worldwide, end-to-end from concept to store release. Built scalable Laravel & PostgreSQL backends with time-partitioning for high-frequency GPS data, integrated real-time maps, background location and push notifications, and maintained Top Rated Plus status with a strong delivery track record.

A school-transportation suite deployed across the USA: a Driver app for routing, turn-by-turn navigation and ridership tracking, paired with a Parent app for live bus tracking and instant notifications. As lead Flutter engineer, I owned the mapping layer, student ridership logic, background location services, and release operations to Google Play and the App Store.

Built in Flutter with a focus on on-device reliability: accurate GPS locks, offline-first capture, and clean exportable evidence trails for compliance and operations use cases.
